Dear Heritage Families,

As we all get the school year off to a fantastic start, we want to take a minute to update you with a few items regarding our new lunch program, My Hot LunchBox.

  1. If you have not already done so, please go to https://ordernow.myhotlunchbox.com and create a new account. By clicking this link you will also find step by step instructions for creating your account.
  2. Please remember to place your orders 24 hours in advance. Ordering will lock out 24 hours prior to the day of service.
  3. Make sure that you finish the checkout process completely. It is very easy to accidentally leave items in your cart. After you complete your check out, you will get an email confirmation.
  4. In the event that you order lunch ahead of time and your scholar is absent, please contact Emily Asanovich at easanovich@heritageacademyaz.com no later than 8:00 am that day. If no communication is made regarding what to do with that lunch, it will be donated to someone in need.
  5. Scholars who will be picking up the lunches need to know the name that is on the account. We have had a few instances where lunches are under parents’ names and scholars were not aware. It slows down the delivery process and means less time for your scholar to eat their lunch.
  6. Credits are available for parents who would like to volunteer their time and hand out lunches. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Mrs. Asanovich at easanovich@heritageacademyaz.com.
  7. Vending machines have been installed on campus. If there are any issues regarding those machines we ask that scholars contact the vendor. The school has no claim to these and no way to access or maintain. That number is…..
  8. The vending machines are only available for use during our lunch periods. Scholars are not to be out at the machines at any other point during the school day.

Thank you for helping us make sure that all of our scholars have access to healthy lunch options. We appreciate your time and attention to these matters as it will ensure that everyone gets their lunch on time.
