Tours & Retreats

Heritage Academy offers our scholars opportunities and experiences, outside of school hours, that help build character, learn new skills, and provide memories that will last a lifetime. These experiences are packaged into “Tours” and have been part of the Heritage Academy experience for the past 28 years.

Here are some tours that will be offered for the 2025-2026 school year:

Fall 2025 Independence History and Constitutional Studies Tour

The “Independence Study Tour” takes high school scholars (11th and 12th-grade only) to numerous sites that are meaningful to our country’s historical foundation in Philadelphia and Washington DC. This tour is scheduled during the fall break of the 2025-2026 school year.

Tour Dates: October 5 -11, 2025

This tour is currently only open to scholars who will be in the 11th or 12th-grade during the 2025-2026 school year.

Cost: $2,300, unless a scholar is eligible for an academic scholarship (see the tour information sheet above for scholarship details)

High School Spring 2026 Fine Arts Retreat

Retreat Dates: January 2026

This event is only open to high school scholars (grades 9-12) currently enrolled in an advanced fine arts class or program.

More information will be available during the fall 2025 seemster

Cost: TBD

All payments must be coordinated via MySchoolBucks. Do NOT pay an invoice directly with ECA tax credit funds.

Junior High Spring 2026 Fine Arts Retreat

Spring, 2026 (exact dates TBD)

(7th-8th Grade)

Through the Junior High Fine Arts Retreat, scholars will build strong character through a unique collaboration and performance opportunity consisting of the top Junior High performers across all campuses. The fast-paced environment lends itself to quickly build a strong community amongst the arts programs. Teachers and scholars alike take home an increased knowledge and respect of what selfless service they each could provide for their individual communities, which is what is taught by the great Founding Fathers of America.

Building Junior High memories to last a lifetime!

Liberty Study Tour

The “Liberty Study Tour” takes high school scholars (11th and 12th-grade only) to numerous sites that are meaningful to our country’s historical foundation in Massachusetts and New York. This tour is scheduled during the fall break of the 2026-2027school year.

This tour is currently only open to scholars who will be in the 11th or 12th-grade during the 2026-2027 school year.
